It is reported, CLTR was supported to set up by Ministry of Public Health in February of 2005, had already included more than 12,000 liver transplantation patients' detailed information so far. There are 61 hospitals getting permission to carry on liver transplantation and this system of the voluntary participation of the centre in the whole country. According to relevant regulation, 80 of the whole country get permission, carry on organization of liver transplantation must transplant patient's materials, upload all liver to CLTR in time. Third, the patient who accepts liver transfer operation in our country is nearly half it is the hepatocarcinoma patient, 80% are the hepatitis B patient, this is different from other countries. The prevention that standard for selection and patient's liver transplantation of hepatitis B of the hepatocarcinoma patient recur is problems not totally solved yet.
