The draft stipulates, the local people's government above county level confirms the supervision duties of related departments such as administration of this grade of hygiene,etc. in accordance with this law and the State Council; All related departments should strengthen communication, close cooperation, divide the work according to their own duties, exercise authority in accordance with the law, bear responsibility. Agricultural administration of the State Council, quality surveillance, industrial and commercial administration and related departments such as the pharmaceuticals administration of national food,etc. are after knowing the risk information of relevant food security, should notify to the health authorities of the State Council immediately. The health authorities of the State Council should adjust the food security risk and monitor the plan in time after verifying information. There may be potential safety hazard while monitoring or putting reporting of the offence through to find the food through the food security risk in health authorities of the State Council, should examine and carry on the risk assessment of the food security in accordance with the law immediately. The draft stipulates, define it is exempt from inspection that the food safety supervision management department can't implement the food. Strengthen the supervision of food additive, the ones that prevent food additive are unstandard to use and abuse. The health authorities of the State Council should follow the risk assessment result of the food security, revise the variety, scope of application, consumption standard of food additive in time, it is safe and reliable, really necessary technically to passing the evaluation certificate of the risk, could list in food additive range allowed to use. The draft stipulates, agricultural administration, quality surveillance, industrial and commercial administration, food pharmaceuticals administration department, in supervise manage, finding the intersection of food and incident or receiving about the intersection of food and reporting of the offence of incident while being daily, should notify to health authorities immediately.
